This graduate school capstone project used design research to gain a deeper understanding of teachers' professional learning needs. Through interviews and other engagement methods, I identified an opportunity to help school leaders better understand and address the needs of their teachers. The findings led to the development of tools that empower leaders to gather insights directly from teachers, resulting in more responsive and effective professional learning initiatives.
