I'm a designer, facilitator, and systems thinker who helps people and organizations navigate complex challenges through human-centered design, collaborative learning, and strategic change.
My work is grounded in more than a decade as an educator, where I learned that meaningful transformation begins with understanding people's experiences and creating the conditions for growth. Teaching shaped the way I approach problem-solving with curiosity, empathy, and a belief that better outcomes emerge through thoughtful design.
As my career evolved, I expanded from classroom teaching to partnering with school and district leaders to design learning experiences, facilitate organizational change, and build the mindsets needed to lead meaningful transformation.
Today, as Director of Program Innovation at The Educator Collective, I design learning experiences and facilitate collaborative processes that help leaders rethink how they work, build capacity for change, and create lasting impact. Although my work has centered in education, my approach applies across sectors. I enjoy helping organizations make sense of complexity, uncover opportunities for innovation, and design more human-centered ways of working.
