about me
I'm an educator, designer, and advocate for transforming public education. I began my career teaching high school math, an experience that sparked my passion for supporting young people and reimagining their experience in schools.
Building on ten years of experience in the classroom, I shifted my focus to systems-level work, supporting district and school leaders in developing design mindsets and leading meaningful, student-centered change across schools.
Currently, I serve as the Director of Program Innovation with The Educator Collective. In this role, I help design and lead learning experiences that empower school leaders to reimagine their schools and create the conditions for sustainable improvement through Human-Centered Design.
